Solicitation Statement:
The Company will include the following wording on all Promotional Materials:
$1(USD) will be donated to Room to Read for each qualifying book sold online at www.wonderbly.com between 1st October 2024 and 23rd December 2024 (up to a total maximum donation of $10,000 ((USD)).
